This is a Burgundy colored Coneflower that really is not showing well...they are much darker than this.

I don't care what the experts say...Hosta blooms are awesome...look at this shot and tell me they are insignificant!

We found this new Daisy with frilly peddles...nice and WHITE!

Pink spots on a Dianthus...wonderful and fragile.

The garden is in need of a little rain...BUT the rivers are not. Anyway the plants will like the rain and this annual a couple of days ago looked almost dead but yesterday exploded with these little bluish babies. They are very nice against the light green of the plant. Deep purples in the middle and shades out from the middle.

I've found a new love for white! I have several items this year that have white flowers and think they are wonderful. Maybe this is my next garden plan...an all white garden. Have any of you ever built a all white garden and can you share a picture? What were your favorite plants in that garden?

Here is our new window boxes my Brother-in-law constructed for our new home. They turned out very cool and we have them filled and in the coming weeks I'll update you as to the progress of the plants...they are brand new right now!
